CIVIL APPEAL NOS.19011906 OF 2015:

It is submitted Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate Counsel for the respondent has on

1 st April, 2016 filed Counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that neither Counsel for the Appellant nor Counsel for the Respondents have filed Statement of Case despite this Registry's letter dated 6th May, 2015. As per amended Supreme Court Rules, 2013 appeals are ready for hearing.

CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 16451646 OF 2015

It is submitted that Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was issued to the sole respondent on 10th March, 2015. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far. Copy of notice was also issued to Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate (Standing Counsel for Union of India) but he has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent/ Union of India so far.
