It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 11.09.2015 filed additional document in volume-II alongwith applications for permission to file additional document and exemption from filing official translation but most of the pages are in dim and short print. As the matter is on board copy of the same is being circulated with this office report.

The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 12.02.2015 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru in WA Nos. 3143-3145/2014.

It is submitted that the instant matters have been tagged with SLP(C) No. 21241/2015 as both are arising out of common order.

It is submitted that there was a delay of 36 days in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by the Additional Registrar of Sec-IB.
