Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already filed counter affidavit. None appears for respondent Nos.3 to 10, 12, 14 and 15, despite due service.

Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent Nos.11 and 13 have not filed counter affidavit. As such, further opportunity is declined.

Both the respondents have filed counter affidavit.

SLP(C) No. 252-254/2016

Respondent Nos.1 and 5 have already filed counter affidavit.

None appears for respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6, 7, 9 to 16 and 18, despite due service.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.8 and 17 within two weeks, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued.

Fresh steps for completion of service of an application for stay be taken within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

It is submitted that respondent no. 1 is represented through Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate and she has also filed counter affidavit. Respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been served with the notice through regd. AD Post but no appearance so far. Respondent no. 5 has been impleaded as a party respondent vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 29.07.2016 and represented through Mr. R. P. Goyal, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

I A NO. 3 IN SLP (C) NO. 21241 OF 2015 filed by counsel for respondent no. 1) (Application for Vacating of Stay of SLP granted by order dated 14.09.2015)

It is submitted that Mr. Kush Chaturvedi, Advocate on behalf of the petitioners has

filed reply on IA No. 3 but the same is defective for the following reasons:

1. Counsel for the Petitioners has not served copy upon Mr. R. P. Goyal, Advocate for Respondent No. 5.

2. Page Nos. 13 to 18 are having dim impression.

It is further submitted that nothing has been received from Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 on IA No. 3.

It is submitted that there are total 4 respondents in this matter. Respondent nos.1 and 2 are represented by Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate and she has also filed counter affidavit. Respondent no. 4 has been served with notice through regd. AD Post but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent no. 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete upon respondent no. 3.

I A NOS. 10-12 IN SLP (C) NO. 26935-37 OF 2015 filed by counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2)

It is submitted that nothing has been received from Counsel for the Petitioner and respondent nos. 3 and 4 on IA Nos. 10-12.

SLP (C) NOS. 25872-74 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are total 4 respondents in this matter. Respondent nos.1 and 2 are represented by Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate and she has also filed counter affidavit. Respondent no. 4 has been served with notice through regd. AD Post but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent no. 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete upon respondent no. 3.

I A NOS. 7-9 IN SLP (C) NO. 25872-74 OF 2015 filed by counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2)

(Application for Vacating of Stay of order dated 14.09.2015)

It is submitted that Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, Advocate for the Petitioner has filed reply on IA Nos. 7-9 and same has been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that nothing has been received from Counsel for the Petitioner and respondent nos. 3 and 4 on IA Nos. 7-9.

SLP (C) NO. 33293 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are four respondents in this matter. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. A.D. Card duly signed of respondent no. 3 has been received back. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent

no. 4 so far. Respondent no. 5 has been impleaded as per Order dated 29.07.2016 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Respondent no. 5 is represented by Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit on his behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent no. 4.

SLP (C) NOS. 33142-44 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are five respondent in this matter. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of apperance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. A.D. Card duly signed has been received in respect of respondent no. 3. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers have been received in respect of respondent nos. 4 and 5 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent nos. 4 and 5.

SLP (C) NOS. 32316-18 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are 15 respondent in this matter. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of apperance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Prakash Ranjan Nayak, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of apperance on behalf of respondent nos. 11 and 13 but has not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far. Respondent no. 16 has been impleaded as per Order dated 29.07.2016 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Respondent no. 16 is represented by Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit on his behalf so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received in respect of respondent nos. 3 to 10, 12, 14 and 15.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents.

SLP (C) NOS. 34665-667 OF 2015

It is submitted that respondent no. 3 has been impleaded as a party respondent vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 29.07.2016 and represented through Mr. R. P. Goyal, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 252-254 OF 2016

It is submitted that there are total 18 respondents in the instant matters. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has already filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 5. Respondent nos. 2-4, 6, 7, 9-16 and 18 have been served by Registered A.D. Post, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps

in respect of unserved respondent nos. 8 and 17 so far.

Hence, service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 8 and 17 is incomplete.
