This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Romy Chacko, Advocate on 15th December, 2015 against the Judgments and Orders dated 02.06.2015 and 11.11.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 132 of 2013 and Review Petition No. 787 of 2015 respectively.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Special leave petition filed against the Order dated 11th November, 2015 is within time but there is a delay of 106 days in filing the Special Leave Petition against the Order dated 02nd June, 2015 and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing for the same.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 20.01.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional documents i.e. Annexure P9 to P11 (unregistered) (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The applications alongwith matter abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
