The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30th July, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. Nos. 23932, 23931, 25398, 23152 and 30110 of 2010.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C)No. 13163-168 of 2010 filed by State of A.P. against the Hon'ble Court's order dated 26th March, 2009 in W.P. No. 8073 of 2008 directing State Government for query to give exemption to the candidates from subjecting them to physical efficiency test and age relaxation for their appointment to A.P. Spl. Police Constables was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th April, 2010 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and granting stay. Now the matter is fixed for 25th November, 2014. (Copy of record of proceedings dated 26th April, 2010 is annexed as Annexure P-18 (Page No. 197) of the SLP paper books).

It is further submitted that C.A. No. 604 of 2000 referred to as Annexure P-13 (Page Nos. 152-158) of the SLP paper books was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 23rd April, 2003.

It is also submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate has on 13th November, 2014 filed separate applications for transposing of proforma respondent nos. 11, 12, 14, 16, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 78 as petitioner nos. 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 and 62 in SLP(C) No. 29842 of 2014, applications for transposing of proforma respondent no. 59 as petitioner no. 15 in SLP(C)No. 29844 of 2014, applications for transposing of proforma respondent no. 29 as petitioner no. 7 in SLP(C)No. 29846 of 2014, application for impleading State of Telangana as party respondent in SLP(C) No. 29842-29846 of 2014, application for permission to delete proforma

respondents from array of parties in SLP(C) No. 29842 of 2014, application for permission to delete proforma respondents from array of parties in SLP(C) No. 29844 of 2014, application for permission to delete proforma respondents from array of parties in SLP(C) No. 29846 of 2014. The same are registered as I.A. Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9-13, 14, 15 and 16 and are circulated herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
