The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30th July, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 23932 of 2010.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that application for condonation of delay have been filed. There is a delay of 52 days in filing the special leave petition.

It is also submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 34644-34646 of 2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th December, 2014 when the Court was pleased to issue notice and SLP(C) Nos. 29842-29846 of 2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th November, 2014 when the Court was pleased to issue notice and both the matters are pending. (A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 18th December, 2014 and 17th November, 2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is also submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate has also filed Application for deletion to delete proforma Respondent Nos. 4 to 124 and the said application is being circulated herewith.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate has on 22nd January, 2015 filed Application for Impleadment to implead State of Telangana as Respondent and the said application is also being circulated herewith.

The aforesaid matter alongwith application is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
