UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R I.A. No. 46286 of 2019
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain respondents who died during the pendency of the proceedings before the High Court and even before the High Court, the proceedings qua them stood abated. In this reference, the learned counsel submits that the names of such respondents, mentioned at Para 8 of the application, be deleted from the array of parties.
The application is allowed. The names of the respondents, mentioned at Para 8 of the application, are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner(s).

This application is filed taking the substituted service in reference to which permission is granted vide order dated 19.11.2018. The mode of substituted service has been placed on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it may be considered as 'sufficient service'.

The served respondents may file counter affidavit within four weeks.
