$\overline{2}$ . Having heard the petitioner-in-person and carefully perused the material placed on record, we find no ground to entertain this petition under Article 32 of the Constitution.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. $\overline{3}$ .
However, taking into consideration the totality of facts $4.$ and circumstances of the instant case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach any other appropriate forums for redressal of his multiple grievances. It may be noted that the petitioner has clubbed various issues in this Writ Petition, most of which are unrelated to each other. The petitioner $\mathbf{mav}$ , thus, avail alternative remedy, as may be permissible in law, separately for each distinct issue.
