UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is no need to file rejoinder affidavit.
Insofar as the intervenor before the High Court is concerned, they appear to have filed the additional counter affidavit without seeking formal application for intervention in the present petition. The learned counsel states that he will move the necessary application.
List on 25th July, 2018, a non miscellneous day for hearing as the parties state that this will not take more than half a day.
We make an interim arrangement that any refund which may be required to be made by the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned order is stayed.
