Keeping in view the aforesaid submission, we issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 20.02.2015. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- with the Registry of this Court within two weeks' time from today. On appearance of the respondent, she is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount towards her legal and other expenses.

Accordingly, notice returnable on 20th February, 2015 was issued to the Sole Respondent by Registered A.D. Post only on 10th February, 2015.

Pursuant to above Court's Order counsel for the Petitioner has on 30th January, 2015 deposited the sum of Rs. 30,000/- in this Registry.

It is submitted that neither A.D. nor unserved cover has been received back from the Sole Respondent.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on the Sole Respondent.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
