The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 25th August, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in CMA No. 384 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition has been filed as there is delay of 25 days.

It is also submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated 19th January, 2015 stating therein that sale deed dated 22.01.1996, 22.04.1996,04.01.1997, 19.04.2001, 17.04.2004, 19.04.2010 and 23.04.2010 & exhibits mentioned in impugned order and list of dates are not filed. It is submitted that some of the sale deeds and exhibits are filed along with the SLP and remaining are not relevant to adjudicate the present dispute, hence not necessary to file the same. (copy of letter is included in SLP paper books at Page No. 166)

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
