As per Office Report dated 29.09.2021, service is not complete on respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5. It has also been mentioned in the said Office Report that notice has been served to respondent No.4 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.
At the commencement of hearing, Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned Attorney General for India submits that as respondent Nos.3 and 5 are not necessary parties for adjudication of the issue involved in the instant Curative Petition, their names may be deleted from the array of parties.
We, accordingly, direct that the names of respondent Nos.3 and 5 be deleted from the array of parties at the risk and responsibility of the petitioner.
The petitioner is directed to file Amended memo of parties accordingly.
Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file reply affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List the matter on 17.11.2021 for final disposal.
