UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Appearing respondents are granted two weeks' time as a last and final opportunity to file counter affidavit.

Application for substituted service has been filed in respect of respondent nos.2, 15, 20, 38 to 41, 43 to 49, 51 to 53, 55 to 58, 61, 63, 65, 73, 78 to 80, 84, 89, 90, 93, 95, 97, 98, 100, 101, 105, 106, 112, 115-118, 120 and 122 to 125. Same is allowed. Registry to process accordingly.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent nos.7, 8, 17, 18, 19, 42, 54, 71, 81, 111 and 114.

Ld. Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 121 submits that he will be filing counter affidavit during the course of the day. Permission granted.

Ld. Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 121 submits that he will be filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.122 also. Four weeks' time is granted for the said purpose.

Despite due service on other respondents, there is no appearance.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
