T.P. (C) No. 1860-1861 of 2014

The Transfer Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th December,

2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice. The High Court shall not proceed further with hearing of Writ Petitions pending before it viz. W.P. (C) No. 11940 of 2014 and W.P. (C) 31537 of 2014 till further orders."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all Respondents through High Court on 9th Febraury, 2015.

T.P. (C) No. 1860 of 2014

There are three Respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Gautam Narayan, Advocate has filed Vakalatama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and he has also filed Counter Affidavit on 24th July, 2015 but copy of the same has not been served on Mr, Vishnu Sharma, Advocate. However, Counter Affidavit is included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that certificate of service has been received in respect of Respondent No. 2 and 3.

Status report has been received from High Court stating W.P. No. 11940 of 2014 is pending before the High Court.

Service of notice is complete.

T.P. (C) No. 1861 of 2014

There are Six Respondent.

It is subitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate has filed Vakalatama and memo of appearance on behalf os Respondent NO. 1.

It is further submitted that certificate of service has been received from High Court in respect of Respondent NO. 2 to 6.

Status report has been received from High Court stating W.P. No. 31357 of 2014 is pending before the High Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all Respondent.

T.P. (C) No. 550 of 2015

The Transfer Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th April, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice through speed post.

Tag with T.P.(C)Nos.1860-61 of 2014. In the meantime, the operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, the matter was tagged with T.P. (c) Nos. 1860-1861 of 2014 and notices and stay Order were issued to both the resopondents through concerned High Court on 11-09-2015. Upon filing of process copies on 20-08-2015.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been received in respect of both respondents but no one has filed Vakalatama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is submitted that status report has been received from High Court stating W.P. (c) 283 of 2015 is still pending before High Court.

It is also submitted that both the respondents are common in T.P (c) No. 1860-61 of 2015.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
