It is further submitted that Mr. Sanjeeb Panigrahi, Advocate has on 09.01.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 6, 11, 12, 15, 17, 19, 25 to 27, 40, 42, 52, 54, 55 & 58 in SLP (C) Nos. 3507535076 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 11, 13 to 16, 21, 22, 25, 27, 29, 35 to 37, 50, 52, 62, 64, 65 and 68 in SLP (C) No. 35012 of 2015 but has not filed the counteraffidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 9, 13 14, 20, 21, 23, 32 to 34, 39, 53, 56, 59 to 61, 63 to 67, 69, 71 to 73, 75, 78, 79 and 81 ( in SLP (C) Nos. 3507535076 of 2015) and Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 7 to 9, 18, 19, 23, 24, 30, 31, 33, 42 to 44, 49, 63, 66, 69 to 71, 73 to 77 and 79 (in SLP (C) No. 35212 of 2015).

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
