Issue notice to the students in the instant applications for direction, returnable on 15.01.2020.

The applicants represented by Mr. P.S. Narasimha and Mr. B.H. Marlapalle, learned Senior Counsel, are directed to serve the students through Dasti informing them of the next date of hearing i.e. 15.01.2020.

It is made clear that in case the students or their respective counsel do not appear on the next date of hearing i.e. 15.01.2020, this Court will be constrained to pass ex parte orders in the instant applications for direction.
