The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.05.2016,

when the Court was pleased to pass the order :

"Heard Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for respondent Nos. 76 and 77.

Let the amount be deposited as directed earlier, by 25th June, 2016. It is hereby made clear that if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, nonbailable warrants of arrest may be issued against the respondent Nos. 76 and 77. List the matter in the first week of July, 2016."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in view of order quoted above, Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has on 27.06.2016 filed proof of deposit a sum of Rs. 2 crores (Rupees two crores only) on behalf of Respondent Nos. 76 and 77 (Axis Bank Demand Draft No. 047282, ICICI Bank Demand Draft No. 503924 rupees one crore each) (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Shamra, Advocate has on 12.05.2016 file reply affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 74 in SLP (C) No. 3507535076 of 2015 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paperbook for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 9, 13 14, 20, 21, 23, 32 to 34, 39, 53, 56, 59 to 61, 63 to 67, 69, 71, 75, 78 and 81 (in SLP (C) Nos. 3507535076 of 2015.)

The Service of show cause notice is not complete in Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 7 to

9, 19, 23, 24, 30, 31, 33, 42 to 44, 49, 63, 66, 69 to 71, 73 to 77 and 79 (in SLP (C) No. 35212 of 2015).

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
