I.A. No.5 and 6 are the applications for impleadment.

Having heard Mr. Sorabjee, learned senior counsel, we only permit the applicants to intervene and make submissions.

The IAs stand disposed of.

I.A. Nos. 7 and 8 are the applications which have been filed indicating the difficulties faced by the students who have been transferred by virtue of our earlier order. A copy of the said application be served on Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the State or Odisha and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for the Medical Council of India.

Liberty to file additional affidavits, if advised, is granted. Let the matter be listed on 19th April, 2016.
