It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 03.11.2015 and 29.06.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LPA No. 685/2015 and W.P. (C) No. 5127/2014 and application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (registered as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of letter/order dated 13.06.2014 required to challenge order dated 29.06.2015 in WP No. 5127/2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated NIL& 08.12.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 210 and 211 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
