UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We are unimpressed by the nature of the prayers made and the averments and thus, put to the learned counsel that in the present format the Writ Petition cannot be entertained.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition and submits that he will file a petition praying for appropriate reliefs as the issue is confined to the management by the Government of movable and immovable properties of religious places belonging to the majority community.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
