"Since the matter pertains to the alleged drought conditions in some districts, we are of the opinion that not more than ten days be granted to file a reply.
Accordingly, we grant ten days to file a reply which should include implantation of our order dated 16.12.2015, the implementation of National Food Security Act, 2013 and the Manual For Drought Management issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India.
List the matter on 18.01.2016."
