- An Additional affidavit has been filed by Shri P.Subba Reddy, Secretary, Oasis School on 26th July, 2013. Paragraph 8 thereof reads as under :
"The deponent has handed over the possession in compliance of undertaking dated 05.10.2010 given to this Hon'ble Court pursuant to order dated 17.09.2010 passed in S.L.P.(C)No.15716 of 2007. The deponent respectfully prays for forgiveness and the contempt notie be discharged and his apology may be accepted."
- Learned counsel for petitioners in the Contempt Petition and respondents in the Special Leave Petition confirms this fact. 3. In view of the fact that possession of the premises has been handed over in compliance of the undertaking dated 05.10.2010, the Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly and the Contempt Notice is discharged.
