It is submitted that as directed above counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 19 and 21 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for service in respect of Respondent Nos. 20 and 22 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 20 & 22. SLP(C) NO. 1637/2016

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti serv ice in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
