Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order passed by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. However, the petitioners are granted three months' time from today to hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the premises in question to the respondents subject to their filing a Reason:

usual undertaking within a period of one week from today. The petitioners shall also pay arrears of rent/mesne profit, if any, within a period of two weeks and shall also pay regularly rent/mesne profits every month by the first week of the succeeding month.

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
