The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has mentioned that affidavit as proof of dasti service qua respondent No.1 in TP(C) No.213/2015 and respondent Nos.1 and 2 in TP(C) No.214/2015 has been filed. However, the affidavit is not proper. Necessary steps be taken to undo the defect.

Counter affidavit of respondent No.2 in TP(C) No.213/2015 and of respondent No.3 in TP(C) No.214/2015 has not been filed, despite the warning of last opportunity for both these respondents in the respective petitions.
