1. We are informed that counter affidavit has not been filed so far in petition for special leave to appeal (C) No.21955/2022, the same shall be filed within four weeks with a copy to the other side. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner who is appearing in Petition for Special Leave To Appeal (C) No. 24276/2022 seeks time to file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the other side, the same shall be filed within four weeks.
