It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. U.S. Prasad, Advocate on 04.03.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 28.01.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RA No. 4-C of 2014 in RSA No. 1120 of 1985 (O&M).
It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 28.01.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 29 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B on 09.06.2014.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 12685 of 2014 Entitled Ajmer Singh & Ors Versus Sadhu Ram & Anr. as both are between the same parties.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
