"Ld.counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are present. Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 seeks and is given four weeks time as last chance for filing the counter affidavit. The other served respondents may also file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above, in case they intend to do so. List again on 14.08.2014."

It is submitted that M/s. Mahalakshmi Balaji & Co., Advocates has not filed counter affidavit in respect of

respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

It is further submitted that service of show cause notice is complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 as Mrs. N. Shoba, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance in respect of respondent No. 1 but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. M/s. Mahalakshmi Balaji & Co., Advocates has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance in respect of respondent Nos. 2 & 3. Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Advocate for the petitioner has filed affidavit of service in rspect of respondent Nos. 4 & 5. Neither A.D. card nor usnerved covers in respect of respondent No. 6.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 6.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
