The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 31st October, 2014 when the following order was passed:-

"Ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks and is given four weeks time to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No.6. The respondent Nos.1-3 have not filed the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. These respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. List again on 15.01.2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed proof of dasti service on respondent No. 6 so far.

It is further submitted that service is complete against respondent No. 4 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf and they have also not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent No. 6.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
