It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 07.01.2016 filed a letter stating therein that the notification/award/order dated 23.08.1979, 21.08.1981, 13.10.1981 and 09.06.2015 as referred in the impugned judgment have very much discussed and detailed out in the High Court judgment and hence at the stage of preliminary hearing the same are not required to be filed alongwith Special Leave Petition (Copy of the letter dated 07.01.2016 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 534).

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 3495034952 of 2015 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.01.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 06.01.2016 is enclosed herewith).
