It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Instant matter is tagged with S.L.P (C) Nos. 3495052 OF 2015 as both are arising out of common order.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 12.12.2015 stating therein that order dated 09.06.2015 mentioned in the impugned order is not relevant and necessary for the determination of the questions of law formulated in para 2 of the Special Leave Petition. (Copy of the letter dated 12.12.2015 is included as page no. 411 of the SLP paper books).
