The matter above mentioned alongwith connected matter were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.04.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Let the matters be listed in the third week of August, 2015 for final disposal. Interim protection passed by this Court on earlier occasion shall remain in force until further orders."

It is submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are two respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that Ms. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of both the respondents. Copy of the counter affidavit has already been included in the Special Leave petitions paper book.

It is submitted that Mr. Satish Vig., Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Rejoinder affidavit. Copy of the same has already been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete.
