Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for thepetitioner to file a copy of the orders dated 9-12-2014, 10-12-2014 and 11-12-2014 passed by the High Court of Gujarat in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.17816 of 2014 by way of an affidavit within a week from today."

It is submitted that in compliance of the Court's Order quoted above, Mr. Sathish Vig, Advocate has on 27.06.2016 filed copy of order dated 09.12.2014, 10.12.2014 and 11.12.2014 of the High Court of Gujarat. Copy of same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
