The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. Pawan Shree Agrawal, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Judgment and Final Order dated 7th August, 2015 and 2nd November, 2015 in CWP Nos. 23532 of 2014 and 11165 of 2015 respectively. There is delay of 5 days in refiling the SLP (C) No. 34918 of 2015 and the same has been condoned by the competent authority.

It is submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 21548 of 2015 arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th December, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct to issue notice and tag with SLP (C) No. 26731 of 2015 and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 11th December, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 26731 of 2015 arising out of relied upon Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st September, 2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of record of Proceedings dated 21st September, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that SLP (C) No. 34917 of 2015 has been tagged with SLP (C) No. 34918 of 2015 as both are arising out of similar issue.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 14th Day of December, 2015.
