Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 08.11.2016 of this Court in respect of the sole respondent.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 3rd January, 2017 filed affidavit of service stating therein that Dasti notice could not be served to the sole respondent as the respondent company has closed the unit and the same is not functioning since the year 2012. A copy of affidavit is enclosed herewith. Service of notice to the sole respondent is incomplete.

SLP (Civil) No. 395 of 2016

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed a copy of SLP for issue of fresh showcause notice to unserved respondent no. 2 so far. Service is incomplete.

SLP (Civil) No. 673540 of 2016

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed a copy of SLP for issue of fresh showcause notice to unserved common sole respondent in the fresh four addresses furnished by the Counsel for the Petitioner so far. Service is incomplete.

SLP (Civil) No. 36345 of 2016

The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th December, 2016 when the court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay Condoned. Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as also on the prayer for the interim relief. Tag with SLP (C) No. 28309 of 2015. "

Accordingly, showcause notice was issued on 29th December, 2016 to the sole respondent by Registered A.D. Post. Ms. Meera Mathur, Advocate has on 12th January, 2017 filed Vakalatnama / Appearance on behalf of sole Respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Service is complete.
