"SLP(C) No. 32127/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 22.09.2016 of this Court in respect of the sole respondent.

SLP(C) No. 392/2016

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed the fresh particulars. Two weeks time as last chance is given to file the spare copies in respect of the sole respondent, whereafter notice shall be issued on both the addresses.

SLP(C) Nos. 395/2016

Await the return of service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 2. Office shall enquire about the fate of the notice sent to him under registered cover from the concerned postal authorities.

SLP(C) No. 389/2016

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the sole respondent.

SLP(C) No. 67356740/2016

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the sole respondent. Office shall enquire about the fate of the notice sent to him under registered cover from the concerned postal authorities.

List the matter again on 07.12.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps for service of notice to the sole respondent so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 392 of 2016

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed copies of SLP for issue of fresh showcause notice to the sole respondent in the fresh two addresses furnished in the Affidavit so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 395 of 2016

It is submitted that letter to Postal authorities was issued only on 06th December, 2016 in respect of Respondent No. 2. Reply from the postal authorities is awaited.

SLP (Civil) No. 389 of 2016

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an affidavit of Dasti Service alongwith proof of Service in respect of sole respondent so far.

SLP (Civil) No. 67356740 of 2016

It is submitted that letter to Postal authorities was issued only on 06th December, 2016 in respect of Sole Respondent (Notice was issued to common sole respondent at four addresses furnished by the counsel for the petitioner). Reply from the postal authorities is awaited.
