The matters abovementioned has been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Judgment and Final Order dated 20th August 2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in C.W. P. NO.2001 of 2015 and 25335 of 2014. There is delay of 153 & 143 days in filing and 64 & 77 days in refiling the SLP respectively.

It is submitted that SLP (Civil) No.14547 of 2016 @ CC No.8605 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9th May 2016, when the Court was pleased to condone the delay, direct issue notice and further directed to tag wtih SLP (Civil) No.28309 of 2015. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 9th May 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has on 5th August 2016 filed copies of the required documents as per Undertaking dated 11th July 2016 in both the matters. Copies of the said Documents have been included in the Paper Books.

It is lastly submitted that SLP (Civil No.....CC 14621 of 2016 has been tagged with SLP (Civil No.....CC 13996 of 2016 as both are arising out of common followed judgment.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report
