The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 20th August, 2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in Civil Writ Petition Nos. 23128 of 2014, 4865 and 4841 of 2015, respectively. There is a delay of 118 days in filing the SLPs.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 7559 of 2016 arising out of relied upon judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th March, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP (C) No. 28309 of 2015 and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 14th March, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC Nos. 7136 and 7153 of 2016 have been tagged with Special Leave Petition (Civil) CC No. 7133 of 2016 as all are arising out of similar issue/common followed judgment.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 12th Day of April, 2016.
