The matter above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 4th December, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Special Civil Application No. 12357 of 2008. There is delay of 210 days in filing the SLP.

The Office Report with regard to not filing of copies of the orders dated 9.9.2008 and 12.9.2008 as per Undertaking was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 15th February, 2016 when His Lordship passed the following order:-

"As prayed for, four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to file copies of the orders dated 09.09.2008 and 12.09.2008 as per their letter of undertaking dated 04.11.2015.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has already on 28th November, 2015 filed Copies of the Order dated 9.9.2008 and 12.9.2008 as per his letter of Undertaking dated 4 th November, 2015. Inadvertently, the Counsel for the Petitioners has mentioned C.A. D No. 33004 of 2015 instead of SLP D No. 33004 of 2015. The Counsel has corrected the Diary number only on 3rd March, 2016. The copies of the said orders have been included in the Paper Books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this the 3rd March, 2016.
