The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th September, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue.

There shall be interim stay of the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Special Civil Application No. 3344 of 2014, dated 27.11.2014. We restrain the petitioner(s) herein to recover a sum of Rs. 87,00,000/- (Rupees eighty seven lakhs only) from the respondent till the disposal of the Speial Leave Petition (C)..C.C No. 16523 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 23rd November, 2015 was issued to the sole respondent through M/s Khaitan & Co., Advocates/Caveator on 16th October, 2015 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent so far.

SLP (C) No. 28299 of 2015

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 23rd November, 2015 was issued to both the respondents through registered A.D. Post on 16th October, 2015. Unserved Covers containing the show cause notice have been received back from both the respondents with the Postal Remarks "CLOSED".
