The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th December, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"None appears for the petitioner when the matter was called out. Issue notice. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of further proceedings in F.C.O.P. No.214 of 2013 titled as "Prithvi Mani vs Ms. Sivapriya" pending before the Family Court Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, Telangana State."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the Sole Respondent through Registered A.D. Post on 16.01.2016.

It is submitted that Mr. Rishad A. Chowdhury, Advocate has on 08.02.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of sole Respodnent and has on 13th June, 2016 filed Counter affidavit after serving its copy on other side. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court..
