The matter above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. Pawanshree Agrawal, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 7th August, 2015 of the High Court of Punjaband Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 8516 of 2015

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 26731 of 2015 arising out of relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st September, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 21st September, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is futher submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 8th December, 2015 filed a letter stating therein that the Copies of the Orders dated 23.09.2014 and 12.08.2011 are not necessary for the adjudication of the present case and the same will be produced if needed by the Hon'ble Court at the time of hearing and the matter may be processed for listing. Copy of the letter dated 8th December, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
