O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner – wife for transfer of O.S. No. 42 of 2017 titled "Lt. Col. Charanjeev Singh vs. Sandeep Kour" from the Court of Additional District Judge for Matrimonial Cases at Jammu to the Special Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of this case, particularly the fact that the petitioner would be put to considerable inconvenience in prosecuting the matter at Jammu, we think it appropriate to transfer the aforesaid case from the Court of Additional District Judge for Matrimonial Cases at Jammu to the Special Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi. Digitally signed by Signature Not Verified
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed.
After transfer of the case, the transferee Court is
directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments.
