It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the common impugned final judgment and order dated 2nd November, 2015 of the High Court of the Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in ITA No. 311 of 2015 and is barred by time by 121 days. The counsel for the Petitioner has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Peitition.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 1565 of 2016 @ S.L.P.(C)...CC No. 603 of 2016 entitled "COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX & ANR. vs CHARANJIT SINGH ATWA L" arising out of relied upon order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th January, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Order dated 15th January, 2016 is enclosed herewith for reference).

It is also submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Additional documents as per undertaking letter. Copy of the same has been included in the Paperbooks.

The matter alongwith application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
