It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP NO. 3059 of 2016 @ SLP NO...CC 1300 of 2016 entitled "COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX, BATHINDA AND ANR. vs CHARANJIT SINGH SANDHU" arising from common followed judgment which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th January, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of order dated 29th January, 2016, is enclosed herewith for reference).

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP NO. 561 of 2016 @ SLP NO...CC 22474 of 2015 entitled "THE COMMISSSIONER OF INCOME TAX, JALANDHAR AND ANR vs SHINGARA RAM SANGHURA" arising from common followed judgment which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8th January, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of order dated 8th January, 2016, is enclosed herewith for reference).

The matter abovementioned alongwith application is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
