It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the SLP(C) No. 35248 of 2015 @ SLP(C) No...CC 21703 of 2015 entitled "COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX & ANR. vs BALBIR SINGH MAINI" arising out of common order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th December, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of order dated 14th December, 2015, is enclosed herewith for reference).

It is also submitted for the information of Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 58995900 of 2014 @ SLP (C) No. 1695859 of 2013 entitled "SH. SANJEEV LAL ETC. ETC. vs COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX CHANDIGARH&AN" referred to as Annexure P6, which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st July, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has allowed the appeals. (Copy of order dated 1st July, 2014 is annexed at Page nos. 10151041 of the Paper Books).

The matter alongwith application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
