As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of respondent nos.3 and 4 despite last opportunity having been granted. However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent nos. 3 and 4 are officials of the petitioner himself and there is no requirement of service on them. It is also submitted that their names may be deleted from the petition. Appropriate application be filed within one weeks time, as prayed. If filed, Registry to process the same for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers as soon as possible for necessary directions.
However, if the said application is not filed, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further necessary directions as fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars have not been taken in respect of respondent nos. 3 and 4.
