The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th November, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General is requested to assist us in these matters on behalf of the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) and the authority dealing with enforcement of Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006.

List these matters again on Friday, 2nd December, 2016 along with SLP © No.30103/2015 and other connected matters."

SLP (C) No. 32259 of 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Mr. V. Shyamohan, Counsel for the petitioner has on 10.11.2016 has filed an application for an application for seeking permission to place on record additional documents which is registered as I.A. No. 4 (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishal Arun, Advocate has on 01.12.2016 filed an application for impleadment to implead applicants as party petitioner alongwith Vakalatnama/Appearance (registered as I.A. No. 5) (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

SLP (C) No. 36036 of 2015

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th December, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Heard.

Permission to file the special leave petitions is granted.

Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag along with SLP(C) No.30103 of 2015 and connected matters. Status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to all the 14 respondents through registered A. D. post. M/s G. Prakash and P. Vinay Kumar, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 9 respectively but

have not filed their respective counteraffidavits so far. Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 6, 8, 10 to 14 through A.D. cards but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back from Respondent No. 7 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 7.

The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Report.
