This Special Leave Petition alongwith application for permission to file SLP and application for condonation of delay has been filed by Mr. T.V. George, Advocate on 14th October, 2015 against the judgment and Order dated 23.03.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.P.(C) No. 34989 of 2014 which is barred by 115 days.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 30103 of 2015 entitled T.K. THOMAS AND ORS. vs PARISTHITHY SAMRAKSHANA JANAKEEYA SAMITHI AND ORS. arising out of similar issue was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 30.10.2015, when the court directed issue notice and same is pending(Copy of the record of proceeding dated 30.10.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petiioner has filed a letter dated 17.10.2015 stating therein that notification dated 14.09.2006 is not necessary for the determination of issues involved in the SLP. The order of the National Green Tribunal dated 27.09.2013 is also not necessary to

decide the issues involved in the present SLP. Hence requested to register the matter at his own risk.(Copy of Advocate's letter dated 17.10.2015 has been enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The applications alongwith the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
