Ld.counsel for the respondent No.12 has stated that he has received the copy of the pleadings. Four weeks time is granted to file the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.8 within four weeks. He shall also file the affidavit of valuation within the period provided above.
